Conversion of a large Grade 2 listed office into apartments and demolition of 1960’s offices for re-development.

The development comprises of five 1 bedroom apartments and one 2 bedroom apartments in a Grade 2 conversion (Holland House). A new apartment block containing four 2 bedroom apartments and two 1 bedroom apartments was built at the front of the site. Five 3 bedroom 3 storey town houses along with five 2 bedroom 2 storey houses were also built along Holland Road on the site of the old 1960’s HMRC Tax office.
